Should a hafidh who only attends jumuah salah be allowed to lead the taraweeh prayers in Ramadhan?

Answer
Prayer in *jamat* is wajib (necessary). Therefore, if you are sure the Hafidh referenced is discarding prayer in *jamat *without a valid excuse, we advise appointing someone who is more adherent to the Shariah to lead the Taraweeh. If no one more qualified than him is available, then you may nominate him as the Imam.
