Is it permissible to teach Arabic or learn Quran online while someone is in Sunnah Itiqaf in a Musallah/Masjid?

Yes, it is permissible to teach Arabic or learn Quran online during *itikaf*, rather, to do such an action is rewarding because learning and teaching is an act of worship. Nevertheless, it is advised you utilise headphones and teach/learn at such a time when others in the Masjid will not be disturbed (Ahkam e Itikaf Fazail wa Masail: p. 61-62 [Maktaba Faisal Deoband]).
