Question: Although it is Haram to shake hands with women, is it permissible to shake their hands with gloves instead?

It is prohibited to shake hands with a *ghair mahram* woman whether someone uses a glove or not. (Fatawa Hindiya: p. 406, v. 5 [DKI])
